Vie des Arts est une revue d'arts visuels axée sur l'information, l'analyse et la critique: elle développe son contenu autour de deux pôles, l'art actuel et l'actualité de l'art. Revue de langue française et partiellement de langue anglaise, elle témoigne prioritairement de l'art au Canada dans toutes les disciplines des arts visuels, elle accorde néanmoins une place à l'art provenant de l'étranger.

Fondée en 1956, la revue Vie des Arts publie 4 numéros par an.
